Boris Kpgan. - US Citizen, born in the Soviet Union, and gr
ew
up in NYC. This excellent linguist joined the US Army and served as
a member of a Special Operations Team Alpha (SOT-A,) a small SIGINT
element, eventually becoming the team leader and completing two
deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is
currently completing his Bachelor's degree in Near Eastern Languages
and Civilizations at the University of Washington, Seattle while

Lint Center's 'Quest for Knowledge' Scholarship:
Honoring CPL Christopher J. Coffland ($500)
WINNER: Trevor Kennedy (Press Release)
Trevor Kennedy winning Essay and Bio.
CPL Christopher J. Coffland was
assigned to the 32
3rd Military Intelligence Battalion and was
killed in action during Operation Enduring Freedom in Wardak
Province, Afghanistan on November 13, 2009. A dedicated, brave
and courageous American, Specialist Coffland received two Bronze
Stars for bravery and a Purple Heart among other medals for his
