Served in United States Marine Corps for 26 years, where he spent 10 years as an Intelligence Analyst/Chief and 16 years as a Counterintelligence specialist.  Mr. Webb has expertise in Counterintelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT) collection and prevention, J2X operations, intelligence analysis and production, and counter threat finance at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.

Throughout his Marine Corps career, Mr. Webb spent several years in countries overseas including Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Djibouti, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Okinawa, and Korea.  During his first ten years in the Marines he was the Intelligence Chief for four Marine Corps Battalion level units, one of which was during the Gulf War.  He was then assigned to the USCENTCOM CI Branch and various Marine Corps CI and HUMINT units at the tactical and operational levels.  After 9/11, he was assigned to USCENTCOM’s HUMINT Branch where he was deployed by DIA to the Defense Attaché Office (DAO) in the American Embassy in Yemen.  Upon returning from Yemen, he deployed to Djibouti, Africa, to initiate the first Marine Corps Joint Task Force, Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (JTF-HOA) as part of the J2X, while serving as the Task Force Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (TFCICA).  Later, he deployed to Iraq as the Economic and Political Intelligence Cell (EPIC) Chief.  During this time he also served as an Instructor-Role Player for various Marine Corps and DIA courses, and worked with various other national agencies and members of the Intelligence Community (IC).  Mr. Webb also spent several years as a government contractor supporting USCENTCOM’s HUMINT and CI Branches, and USSOCOM’s Intelligence Directorate (J2) and Plans and Policy Directorate (J5).

Strategic and operational education and training include the DoD Strategic Debriefing Course, DIA J2X Operations Course, DIA Joint Intelligence Analyst Course, DIA Asymmetric Warfare Intelligence Course, USCENTCOM High Value Individuals Course, and the Reid & Associates Advanced Interview and Interrogation Course.  Tactical level education and training include the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Counterintelligence Course, MAGTF Interrogation of Prisoners of War Course, USMC Intelligence Specialist Course, USMC Anti-Terrorism Officer Course – Level II, and the USMC Landing Force Staff Planning Course.

Mr. Webb received a M.S. degree in Entrepreneurship in Applied Technologies and a B.S.B.A degree, with a major in finance, from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.  He also received an Intelligence Operations Associates degree from Cochise College in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
