Giving Tuesday at Lint Center!

Yogi Berra once said, “Almost every Monday I have a charity thing. I like that. I do.” In honor of giving Tuesday and to give Yogi a day off, we ask that you consider helping the Lint Center during this holiday season:

The Lint Center Summer 2015 Scholarship Competition has concluded,
and the winners have been selected!

Josiah Depaoli is the winner of the Jim & Anna Hyonjoo Lint Scholarship ($1500).
Hunter Reynolds is the winner of the Virginia and Frank Misselhorn Memorial Scholarship ($500).

The Lint Center for National Security Studies, Inc., was founded in 2007, as a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization that was created to award merit-based scholarships and to provide mentoring programs for individuals pursuing careers in intelligence, counterintelligence and national security.

More than 200 mentors, seasoned practitioners in their field, volunteer through the Lint Center to show younger people what they can do in the Intelligence Community. This enhances the study of national security issues, cross-cultural studies, global understanding and creates a natural bridge for the next generation to acquire knowledge about the industry, as they consider career options.

Established current-and-former industry experts mentor emerging leaders to provide invaluable insight to those who wish to follow in the footsteps of national service. Scholarships are awarded biannually in July and January.

  • All donations and contributions to the Lint Center are allocated solely to the Center’s scholarship funds.
  • All actions and activities by the Lint Center are conducted by unpaid staff and volunteers.
  • The Center is Veteran and minority operated and managed.
